Introduced payment reminder feature, including new email templates, handlers, and UI components for overdue payments. Updated the logic to send reminders, integrated email buttons, and enhanced group settings for managing email templates.

Introduced methods to filter vehicles and enhanced the vehicle deletion process with proper exception handling for linked records and not-found cases.
